It covers everything from a list of all the universities/colleges that use service learning pedagogy in composition studies (with links); all sorts of teacher resources including many syllabi complete with day by day lesson plans; Student projects to access student opinion and life lessons gained from service learning pedagogy (where Dr. Loudermilk can even post TAMUCC student work); the latest research (articles, books and a call for papers); a Reflections journal with a call to graduate students for a variety of articles and creative works; and numerous links to great sites and news regarding service learning pedagogy. SERVICE LEARNING WEBSITE http://www.ncte.org/service/ This site is maintained by the National Council of Teachers of English's Service Learning Committee. It maintains the links to the most useful sites on service learning and the teaching of writing, as well as links to the most useful national organizations which support service learning. There is a place for undergrad as well as graduate or professors to post/publish activities they have done/written concerned with the goals of service learning. There is a useful bibliography of those who publish most or are most well-known in this area.
